For Talent
How do I break into the adult industry?

Anyone can break into the adult industry with relentless work, but not all are willing to go that extra mile to find it or know when an offer is good. As with any job you must be serious about the work and not take it lightly. Make sure you are on time for shoots, act and be professional all the time, come prepared to shoots (be groomed and ready to go). By placing your resume on HardCoreModeling.com you have taken the first step towards the adult industry. Prospective employers can search all resumes and seek the talent they have in mind. HardCoreModeling.com recommends you include a photo with your resume; this always gives you a higher chance of being contacted by employers. Upgrading to a Silver or Platinum package will also give you an edge on other talent by placing you at the top position so that prospective employers will see your resume before all the others. Do as much research about the adult industry as you would any job and any lingo that is associated with the adult industry.

What can be seen by non-members?

Everything will be shown but the following:

  • Real name if included
  • Phone number if included
  • Email address
  • Website if included

What must I include in my resume?

The only required fields are those that have a gold star by them, other fields are the chose of the talents. HardCoreModeling.com recommends all talent fills out all or as much fields and include at least one picture with your resume for the best results.

When filling out your talent resume please be sure the type of work you check off is what you are looking for and your availability matches your work.

Example: If you are seeking a Phone Sex Operator work you should NOT be checking off available for boy/girl work, if your sexual orientation is straight, you should NOT be available for girl/girl or boy/boy work.

The tell us about the job you want section is very important information to employers and if you are not being clear in this section it can cause you to get unwanted emails from employers who think you are available for work you do not do.

What type of pictures are ok to submit and the format that is accepted?

HardCoreModeling.com highly recommends you include at least one picture with your resume; this will definitely get more employers interested in you.
